HTHVC Clinic Introduction

I want to introduce our new veterinary clinic! It is called Healing Traditions Holistic Veterinary Clinic, and it is a brand new, independently owned companion animal clinic. We will offer a full range of veterinary services to our clients, including general health exams, lab testing, X-rays, dentistry and general surgeries. However, what makes this clinic unique is that we consider integrative therapies (including acupuncture, homeopathy and osteopathy) to be an integral part of our practice! You will also have the option of including western/Chinese herbals, flower essences, nutritional supplements (including glandular therapy) and nutritional counselling to your pet’s veterinary care plan. Here at Healing Traditions Holistic Veterinary Clinic, we also emphasize feeding natural and unprocessed foods! Dr. Alexandria Horner, Dr. Colleen Chan and I (Dr. Wanda Vockeroth) are available to ensure that your four-legged companions receive the best care that integrative veterinary medicine can offer.
Our clinic's opening has been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but stay tuned as an announcement of when we will be able to open our doors is in the works. When we do open, we will be following the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association's and Alberta Health's guidelines for social distancing to ensure yours, your pet’s safety and our safety. As a result, we, unfortunately, will not be able to show you the inside of our new clinic until these restrictions are lifted. A live Facebook event is being scheduled to give you a virtual tour and inside look of the new clinic.
Once opened, we can book appointments for examinations, surgeries and dental procedures for your canine/feline companions. We will also be able to provide curbside pick-up of your pet's prescription medications, herbal formulas, homeopathic remedies, supplements and other products. Our clinic will also be able to provide you with a selection of frozen raw non-processed diets, freeze-dried foods and treats.
