Kim was born and raised in Calgary. She realized at a very young age that working with animals was her dream, and since 2007 she has worked in many aspects of animal healthcare expanding her knowledge. Kim graduated from the Animal Health Technologist diploma program at Olds College in 2015. Having strong interests in Canine Theriogenology, Animal Behavior, Sports Medicine and Rehab Kim enjoys helping owners better their bond with their furry family members.

In her spare time Kim revels in competing in different Canine Sports with her Giant Schnauzers and Ibizian Hound. When not competing or training, Kim and her dogs volunteer by providing therapy work to help everyone from children to seniors.
