Sara

Sara was born and raised in Calgary. She’s always had a love for animals and dreamed about working in veterinary medicine. She graduated from the university of Victoria with a bachelor of science, majoring in biology. After working at the care centre animal hospital in Calgary as a receptionist for a year and a half she decided to do online tech school through olds college. Sara gained her diploma with distinction in 2017. She continued to work as an emergency technician at the care centre for 4 years and then moved to the internal medicine department for a year. Looking for a change she decided to join Healing Traditions in June. Sara has two cats that she adopted that were both patients at the care centre, Luna and Babs. In her spare time she enjoys working out, running, swimming and getting outdoors!
